Randy has been in the salon industry for over 20 years. He is passionate about his work and continues in his chosen career because of his love for the industry. Randy completed his advanced training at the Bumble & bumble University in New York. Randy consistently exceeds his clients’ expectations and takes pride in his ability to create a look that individually complements each client.

Denerae, a Louisiana native, received her training at a Pivot Point School, an internationally renowned cosmetology program. She regularly attends shows and classes to keep up with the latest technology and trends. Denerae has completed a styling one class at the Bumble & bumble University in New York City. She specializes in Color/ Highlights/ Cuts and Styles. She enjoys the creativity to style anything from an updo to the perfect cut and color.

After completing her photography degree from Texas State University, Joy decided to pursue her passion for the hair industry by attending a Pivot Point International school. She continued her training by completing her apprenticeship under the distinguished owner of L7 Salon. She has completed advanced training at Bumble & bumble University, New York, NY, as well as advanced color classes with Goldwell. Joy is presently creating unique and timeless looks for her clients.

Christina discovered her passion for creativity growing up in the ever changing imaginative environment of Austin, Texas. After several years of customer service experience she found her way back to her artistic roots in the art of hair. Christina graduated from a pivot point school and completed the L7 Salon apprenticeship program under the owner Randy Rankin. Under his guidance Christina fine tuned her cutting skills and gained experience with Goldwell color.

April joined the beauty industry in 2010 after receiving hands-on training in her hometown of Dallas.

Specializing in dry cutting and adding texture through dimensional color techniques, she delivers personalized looks to each and every client. 

April is well versed in curly textures, razor cutting, and enhancing natural color with dimensional balayage. Not one to shy from fun ideas, she also excels in fashion colors and creative cuts. She enjoys combining her artistry, technical skills, and listening skills to create a relaxing, therapeutic experience for all.

Elizabeth started pursuing her hairstyling career in 2014 at the Aveda institute in Austin. She has since been perfecting her craft in the beauty industry by taking advanced Aveda color and cutting classes while working behind the chair. Elizabeth is capable of taking on any hair challenge and prides herself in being able to help her clients achieve their perfect look.

Lexie Cobos, an Austin Native, knew she wanted to be a stylist by the time she was 13 years old. She started her journey in the salon industry at age 16 and graduated with her cosmetology license by her 18th birthday. Lexie has had extensive training under both Aveda and Bumble and Bumble for the last 4 years. She stays inspired by pushing herself to try out new techniques.
